This is it folks! We are in our last week of training and in our first week of running for thirty minutes a day for as long as we want to!! Can you believe it? This week I broke the rules and ran 15 min, took a one min break and then hit it for 15 min. So, that means I ran the thirty minutes but not straight through. This week we run straight through! We get to just go out and run!

Remember to warm up with your three minutes of walking, run for 30 and cool down for three more minutes.

When I think about where I was 12 weeks ago it’s funny. It seems hard now, but 12 weeks ago I was struggling with the one minute run. I seriously love to look back. It’s just like real life outside of running. The things we thought we’d never be able to do, we can. How many times have you thought you can’t make it through something but you realize you have. This is one of them for me.

Thank you for traveling this journey with me. Thank you to my daughter and husband for always supporting me during this training time. I only ran alone once. Either Steve ran with me while Emma followed us on her bike or she and I went out alone. I like how she rang her bike bell for me each time I made it through another time challenge.(We need to get a new bell!)  They are very good people to have in my corner, and I love them.
