Today marks Week 11! After 14 days of no running I finally got out there and ran stage 10. It was tough but I was so happy I did it. I had Steve rooting me on to not quit, so I made it through the two 13 minute runs and was very glad when it was over. I’ll be able to get out this week and get back on it, including crossfit workouts.
I’ve literally spent the last day wondering what to do with myself. We went so hard for the last few weeks getting our house in order and now it’s just showing and staying clean. I guess the best answer to that question is to get the heck back in shape!
I haven’t lost too much fitness but there is a definite difference, one I don’t want to stay in. So here’s to next week!
Our workout for the week:
- Walk for 2mins. Run for 14mins.
- Walk for 1min. Run for 14mins.
- End with 3mins. of walking.
Total workout time is 34min with 28 of it RUNNING! That’s right folks we are two minutes away from a thirty minute run! And that close to the end of our challenge! I hope everyone is running or keeping active!
