Guess what?! We just finished week 3 of “Run Your Butt Off“! How are you feeling? Are you still going strong?
I have struggled this week because 2 minutes of running at a time kept feeling like my timer was broken and was forgetting to sound off. I kept saying,”Hey, this feels like longer than two minutes.” Steve would just say, “It seems shorter…” Whatever. I did notice as I always do, that the running gets easier by the end of the week. Personally, I’m a little worried about running 3, walking three. However, I’m just going to do it. Nothing worth while is going to be easy. That seems to be my life lesson this month.
Ok so this is what we are starting this week:
- Walk for 3 minutes
- Run for 3 minutes
- Repeat this sequence 4 more times
- End with 3 minutes of walking.
The total time of the workout is 33 minutes and you will be running for a total of 15 minutes! If you are running at a 10 min pace, have you realized you have already gotten to running a mile! Good for us! Keep it up and DON’T GIVE UP!
If you’ve forgotten to run or have just been putting it off, it’s ok. Just get back on it! Every day is a new day. Until you’re dead you always have another chance! just don’t waste your chances!
Don’t think I haven’t notice how quiet y’all have been…
