Just a reminder! We start our running quest in two days! I hope you all have your shoes and have gotten a hold of your copy of “Run Your Butt Off.” I didn’t hear from anyone on the blog but rounded up a runner on Facebook and another girlfriend of mine texted me and she’s ready to go!
Just so you know, you don’t have to tell anyone you’re doing it, just do it! I like to share it for a couple of reasons. One, now I’m accountable to actually do it and two, when people do things with others they are more likely to follow through.
Here is what we’re in for starting Friday:
- 30 minutes of non stop walking
- Do this workout four times in week 1
I don’t know about you but that’s a pretty easy way to start. If you read the book it tells you to just work up to this. If you’ve never run before or are severely out of shape this is for you too!
So, I’ll see you all on Friday for our 30 minutes of walking! Yay, walking!
