I don’t know what happened this week while thumbing through my magazines. My biggest inspirations were to bake a lot of desserts, eat them along with everything else I saw and then to drink a lot of wine. Same old magazines, different mindset for sure.
As we approach the end of summer I’m getting more and more in the mood for fall and the following holidays. It didn’t help that Bath and Body brought out all their fall scents already. We went to the mall last weekend and it was surprising how many businesses were clearing items out in order to bring in all the fall goodies. This is not helpful for me to stay in summer mode because Fall is my very favorite so I get sucked in very easily!
So, I managed to five 5 fabulous pieces of inspiration today and here they are.

I’ve always wanted to visit the area I live in as though I’m a tourist. One of the little cities I live near made it into Sunset Magazine! I’ve actually been to several of the listed locations but I’m really wanting to go again and this time making a day out of it. I plan to take pictures and enjoy it as though I’m a tourist! It’s a staycation!

This inspired me to try these products. I am going to. I use purple shampoo sometimes but I have to be careful with that because it isn’t too long before my gray hair is purple hair. Not in a good way, but a granny way. Not cute, so I’m excited to try something new!

OK, Seriously? How can you not want to do a bathtub and bubble photo shoot after seeing this? I really need to work something like this in. Now.

Since I’ve been planning a few to-do’s at home I have been wanting to remove the “I hate to vacuum stairs” carpet from my staircase. I really love when the staircase becomes a design feature! These are fabulous examples.

This was a tiny article at the back of my Living magazine. I thought wow! So cute! Since Emma is homeschooled, we use a lot of paperclips every month to turn her school work into the office. I really think we need to turn our paperclips into hearts so we can show how much Emma love doing school work! Yay!
