Yay!! Week two is in our past and we are moving on to week three today! I really hope you are all still with me in the Run Your Butt Off challenge! If not, get on it! I’ve been walking with a girlfriend in stage 1 and then running in stage 2 with Steve and Emma. It’s been so good!
I will say the first two days of running I was feeling a little bit like, “hmmm, do I really want to do this?” But into days 3 and 4 I was feeling stronger and I’m ready to up the running. How are you feeling right now? Are you ready to move on?
Here is week three:
- Walk for 4 minutes, run for 2 minutes
- Repeat that sequence 4 more times.
- End with 3 minutes of walking
Total workout time is 33 minutes, 10 of which are running. Remember to do this workout 3-4 times between now and next Friday! Next Friday we’ll move on to stage 4!
Do give up, let’s stick with it! It’s only about 30 minutes a day and don’t you want to be able to run that 5K?! I know I do, Emma and I are planning which one we want to sign up for! Tell us your plan and which run you’re going to do!
