Rather than post a photo a day here on the blog I decided to do a post of my week of photos a day. Since today is the 7th, I wanted to post my first week of photos. Being that I flaked on the first week and only took pictures with my cell phone, that’s what you get this week. I know, it’s wino, but it is the camera I always have with me and I’m always using it. So here is my story this week.

New Year's Eve I had my last family shoot of the year and I saw this right before I got in my car to go home. California is nice.

The beginning of the years means getting all the groceries stocked up, so we headed to Costco. I thought my oldest may like this couch that's pretty cheap. There is just something about Emma in this picture that I love. Sometimes when I'm shopping I just walk behind her and stare. I can't believe how fast she is growing, I don't want to forget to look at her.

I took this to send to my sisters, but forgot to. I like how Emma pointed out that the girl's section at Target now has small mannequins with boobs.

Here in California we very rarely get below 50 degrees so I think it's really weird they put up an ice skating rink in our mall parking lot. Now we're talkin' wino. It was 79 degrees when I took this picture.

This store in the mall is empty and we're just waiting to see what will go in here. When I saw this space, I almost flipped! What is it about large empty spaces that inspire me so much?! Seriously, they make me insane with creativity and the then the need to dance in it... Don't think too long about that.

Having children means always having some creepy thing growing in your house... At least this one is intentional. Emma bought Tilly, our hamster, a grass garden for Christmas. It's working!

Last night, Enchiladas. Just a little something to kick start that diet, not.

So that’s the week in a photo a day. I actually got out this morning and started pictures with my real camera so at least I’ve been inspired to get out there. I hope you decide to shoot more too!

Just a girl, on a journey. Thankful for love, thankful for friends and family, and thankful for forgiveness. Full of passion, conviction and hope.
