Well, it’s 11:30pm on a Saturday night. I just finished up some long needed down time in game, while enjoying a Lagunitis Maximus IPA. If you’re into IPAs, I’d give this one a try. At 8.2%, it’s a big one but the 22 oz. bottle is easily enjoyed on one’s own, unlike some other beers where at about 16 oz., you’ve just had enough. What does this have to do with leadership you ask? Everything and nothing. Nothing because drinking beer generally isn’t regarded as a study in leadership. Everything because in order to be a leader, you need to have a place to go where your subordinates won’t see you, won’t screw with you, and won’t need you.
